~In ordering artwork from me, you are paying for my services.

~As the order is made it will be bound by my terms of service, I may decline a commission at any given time should my terms of service be broken.

 

Payment -

~All orders will be paid in USD [American dollars]

~PayPal is the only form of payment I am accepting.

~All orders will be required to wait until the order has been accepted before sending payment, and payment will be sent either before I start, or half before and half afterwards if you have to.

 

Art and Copyright -

~You are buying my service only, I still hold full copyright over the finished image,  and can use it in my portfolio and get to post it on my social media.

~I have full rights to post it publicly unless you’ve told me beforehand.

~If at any point in the commission process I am feeling uncomfortable I am fully able to decline the commission.

~The work will be completed when the time is available to me, however, if a deadline is agreed upon then the work will be finished before that deadline.

~My work is not to be edited, copied, traced, redistributed,  in any way.

 

Commissioner -

~As the commissioner you have full rights to use the image for any personal matters, commercial use is only if you have directly paid for that kind of service.

~Do not claim the work to be your own, and it is not to be used for any commercial projects unless asked first. Or made for that said purpose.

~Credit for the work must be given when it is posted on anywhere.
